Experience Went to dealership with knowledge of what was gonna happen. Got there and was not expecting what took place. Everyone was polite, but when I asked a why I had to purchase there extended warranty deal nobody would explain why I had to get it right then and there. They just keep repeating the same song and dance, your factory bumper to bumper warranty had expired. I was just looking for an answer on why I had to purchase it from them and nobody would tell me. I purchased they car anyway with there warranty, not happily though. The GM came in and moved some stuff around and got us a price we was comfortable with, having all the extra stuff added on for there profit. More
