I purchased this car remotely and never saw it in person! Marcelo did a great job in taking pictures, answering my questions, and being my eyes from Naples to Pittsburgh! I had a great sales rep name Marcelo very helpful guy! Reason of my 1 start review is for the scammers over financing department who verbally told me that I was getting an extended warranty for a price, Reason of my 1 start review is for the scammers over financing department who verbally told me that I was getting an extended warranty for a price, then rushed things so I couldn’t double check, left the dealer with out giving me the papers of the new purchased vehicle and when I found out next day he told his mangers he did non of that…. Not what I expected from a local dealer to a local costumer, no code of ethics at all! We went there looking for 2 vehicles left with one… I will never go back.
