Hello, my name is Mona Janjic and I am Finance Manager for Germain Honda. I was born and raised in Serbia and I lived in Italy for 4 years which gave me an amazing opportunity to meet Italian culture, travel all over the country and learn Italian. First place where I lived when moved to United States was Block Island in Rhode Island. Recently I moved with my husband to beautiful Naples and started working for Germain Honda. When I am not selling cars I love spending time with my husband and our rescue puppy on our adventures. I know that choosing a car is like choosing your significant other-you want to be happy with it every single day for many years! And my goal is to make it happen! Brandon Mcavoy sold me a used Cadillac Escalade and treated me with the utmost respect and friendliness. The whole process was simple and timely. Soren Oliva couldn’t have been more helpful to us! ! He was kind and patient and honest and never pushy. He was confident and made us feel important. We ended up with exactly what we wanted! Everyone at Germain couldn’t have been nicer to us. It is overwhelming for us seniors to go thru this process of purchasing a vehicle and spending that amount of money, but Soren and the others made us feel comfortable. We went into Germain Honda just to see what a new CRV looks like compared to my 2021 CRV. I had several payments left on my lease. We were met with Patricia Rodriguez from sales. I had a lot of questions looks like compared to my 2021 CRV. I had several payments left on my lease. We were met with Patricia Rodriguez from sales. I had a lot of questions and caveats. Patricia remained calm throughout the process and she said a deal can be made. We then met with Mona Janic, business manager, who walked us through all the figures. We ,of course, had a back and forth and we actually came up with a lease deal to our liking. Mona learned that I like to cross the t’s and dot the i’s on every form and when there was a minor discrepancy it was immediately handled. Patricia has always been there to answer my questions and there usually are many. I am happy it’s Germain’s staff and the CRV that I leased.. More

Had a wonderful experience at Germain Honda recently. I vowed never to return to another Germain dealer after a very bad experience with Germain Toyota, but I've heard good things about Germain Honda so I vowed never to return to another Germain dealer after a very bad experience with Germain Toyota, but I've heard good things about Germain Honda so we decided to visit to check out one vehicle I found online and wound up going home with a similar vehicle. Trent Dixon was our client advisor. He did a fantastic job showing us around. He was able to answer all our questions about the different vehicles that caught our attention. He didn't use any pressure sales tactics and just provided us the relevant and accurate information we need to decide on a vehicle. He took care of us the way every customer should have. He changed our minds about Germain dealers and I'm glad that Germain has made significant changes to customer service. More
