Could had been better.. I realize that people are not being told when will their car be service upon scheduling an appointment. At least say it will be someone time after you I realize that people are not being told when will their car be service upon scheduling an appointment. At least say it will be someone time after you bring it in and probably won't be ready until a week later just an FYI. Something I find very disturbing is that the representative calls me and says your car needs this, and that, please let me know if we can proceed with work. I have to ask in detail what exactly occur that led my car to turn on a certain light. I had service here before and of all the times I been service only one person has giving me the attention and details I needed. I also specify specific instructions on the parts being replace on my car, and it was not done. More

Extremely good service. I couldn't get the A/C to work. I've only had the car for 12 years :) I didn't have the A/C button on. I felt like a fool, but no one mentioned my mi I couldn't get the A/C to work. I've only had the car for 12 years :) I didn't have the A/C button on. I felt like a fool, but no one mentioned my mistake. They checked out the A/C and didn't charge me. It's the kind of service that keeps me coming back, even though I live across town now. In short I've always gotten great service at J.E. Chev. Oh, and the cleanliness of the place is top notch. You could give some pointers to Kroger about their restrooms. Robert Sigman was great. Loved his sense of humor. Also, very nice young man who greeted me and showed me where to park when I first came in. More

Super customer service! Took my truck for some regular maintenance: oil change, check tires, check battery, etc. Luis was my service adviser. There was a problem with the tires wearing too quickly and Luis escalated to the Service Manager and they worked with the tire company to get me a credit for new tires. Luis kept me informed about progress and really acted as a great customer advocate. It was a great experience. I felt like a valued customer and was pleased with the experience. They even washed the car before I picked it up and I was blown away by the professionalism and will absolutely look to them for all of my future service needs. Super experience, super happy - thanks Luis!! More

Diagnosis of check engine light I originally was working with Luis who went out of his way to make sure my car would be serviced the same day since I had to reschedule twice due to a I originally was working with Luis who went out of his way to make sure my car would be serviced the same day since I had to reschedule twice due to availability. He transferred my information to Roman who then assisted me on the repairs through all the chaos that was going on that day. She was super friendly and very helpful in getting me back into my vehicle. I would highly recommend her and Luis again. More

Service OVerall good experience. My frustration lies in the actual car. Its a 2015 LTZ Tahoe that has been in the service center every 3 to 4 months, taking OVerall good experience.
