I was over charged for oil change. Oil change took to long was charged too much. I was offered nothing I wish I could give my car back. No one calls me back when I have a problem. 2 hour oil change I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Even though I get my oil change "free" through th I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Even though I get my oil change "free" through the warranty type thing I pay for, it'd be worth it to just pay to go to 20 minute jiffy lube. Luis and Vlad are great, just very disappointed with how long it takes. More
