Nail In Tire I had low tire pressure (in the 20s) on the back right passenger tire (I noticed it Friday). On Saturday morning, I brought car in to be serviced. Lui I had low tire pressure (in the 20s) on the back right passenger tire (I noticed it Friday). On Saturday morning, I brought car in to be serviced. Luis was the one that "helped" me. I told him that there is possibly a nail in my tire, so if there is can he fix it; if there isn't a nail, then just fill it with air. I waited 15-20 minutes, the porter drove me car back around and I asked him was the car okay, and he said yes. I never spoke to Luis since I first arrived. I went home and I checked my tire and there was a nail in there. I went back up to the dealership and I spoke to another associate that worked there and he stated that if a new tire wasn't covered in your warranty then they couldn't fix it. I'd have to get it patched elsewhere. I left, but I called Chevy and spoke with Lisa. Lisa told me that my tire was covered under the warranty that I had; so, she made me an appointment to get me car serviced on Monday. I arrive Monday and speak with Robert. Robert said that my tire wasn't covered. So, basically I was given the run around. If i never found the nail in my tire and something were to happen, then what??? I would like your techs to be a little bit more thorough next time... More

Great Customer Service Luis was helpful in assisting me with my car troubles. He called to let me know what all was wrong with the car and whether or not it was under warran Luis was helpful in assisting me with my car troubles. Great service I’ve used the service department a few times and they are always professional and helpful. The staff is nice and made sure I was comfortable. Good service very expensive I took my car for a few things and ended up selling other services that could be solved in another place not so expensive. They had a service to take I took my car for a few things and ended up selling other services that could be solved in another place not so expensive. They had a service to take you home but it was not available to me ... I found out because I heard another representative offer it to other customer. It took three days for the car to be ready. More
