Good customer services but they need to work on the correct ET for diagnostic. They told me i have to wait minimun 30 days without my truck and i called another chevy dealer and they was able to give m correct ET for diagnostic. My service advisor was not helpful or responsive no one knew what my appt was for when I arrived, and when I checked out no one went over my bill with me. And when I called and texted him multiple times at knew what my appt was for when I arrived, and when I checked out no one went over my bill with me. And when I called and texted him multiple times at 4pm for a Lyft ride to come pick my truck up, I was told he was at lunch. So I had to explain to someone else (again) the circumstance. When I checked out I had to ask several times if I was being charged correctly, and the entire appt was disorganized and disappointing. More
