Not content with idle time Luis started a second career some 17 years ago in the auto sales business with Honda vehicles and has been at it since. I had such a wonderful experience working with Luis. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. Within 24 hours of seeing the car, I was able to purchase it and drive it home. I purchased a certified Honda Passport from Zimmerman Honda earlier this year, and Luis was my salesperson. He was incredibly communicative as I was navigating a tight time crunch with the sale of my pre Honda earlier this year, and Luis was my salesperson. He was incredibly communicative as I was navigating a tight time crunch with the sale of my previous vehicle. A certified Passport became available right as I was going to be passing through Moline from Des Moines, and Luis made sure it was rushed in for cleaning so it would be ready when I arrived. Since I was coming from Chicago, I got there later in the day. Luis not only stayed late to finish the purchase with me, but he also drove me to the Moline airport so I could drop off my rental car! I honestly cannot imagine better customer service! Everyone at the dealership was warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend Zimmerman Honda. More
