Luan Nuriu has been in the automotive industry for 36 years. Luan’s career began with Nissan in the early 80’s and under his direction Luan grew the service operation into the largest Nissan Service Department in the USA. After 11 years with Nissan Luan moved to a Honda/VW/Suzuki franchise where he became known as the industry leader in Customer Satisfaction. Then in the late 90’s Luan went “High Line” and became the Service Director at Mercedes Benz of Miami, one of the largest dealerships in South Florida. During his 8 years with Mercedes Benz Luan’s service department became known for performing the “Job Right the 1st Time”. Luan joined in Audi 2004, and since joining Audi Luan’s service operations have consistently performed in the “Top 10%” in the USA.

We apologize for the issue you are having with your 2017 Audi. As we explained on more than one occasion to you, we replaced the battery in your vehicle and performed a safety recall on the passenger seat "POD" of your vehicle. The work that we performed in April 2023 would not cause the vehicles daytime running lights to be dim or the vehicles MMI to flicker at times as you claim. We will happily review the work we performed back in April 2023 if you would like to come in for a courtesy inspection.

I spoke with you one time on this explanation and it was an extreme task to get a hold of the service manager/director. My vehicle came in for multiple services dated from april 2023 and I noticed the changes from then . Hoping when I come in we can find a solution, Thank you
