After my previous negative review I posted 10/17/23, I was contacted by the assistant general manager. He assured me that he would get me a second key that was not given to me at time of purchase. The iss was contacted by the assistant general manager. He assured me that he would get me a second key that was not given to me at time of purchase. The issue is still not resolved and now the assistant GM is not responding to my emails. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the overall purchasing experience. I received a phone call from the GM and he provided a resolution to send me a key and reimburse me for the cost of having it programmed. Thank you for your help! More
