I have had the pleasure of dealing with Hyundai Service Department on many occasions. The work was always completed adequately and at a reasonable costs. Warranty work (including extended warranty) withou Department on many occasions. The work was always completed adequately and at a reasonable costs. Warranty work (including extended warranty) without issues. Since we are from out of town, I always appreciated the vehicle being washed prior to heading back home. Becky helped answer all of our questions about the Tuscon model and while we ended up purchasing a used unit elsewhere she has kept contact with us for when we are in the market again.
