Logan was great to work with. The recall work was completed quickly, although it was never explained. I'm not certain what they did or why exactly. One thing that I miss from The recall work was completed quickly, although it was never explained. I'm not certain what they did or why exactly. One thing that I miss from other dealers was getting a quick complementary car wash whenever the car/truck was in the shop. It would be worth the drive to get work done here if you instituted this practice. More

We waited 20 days to get our van in for service of a transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Logan Rich and Michael Hall both get an “A” in my book for customer service and performance! Thank you!! More

My rating is based upon the failure to fix a serious warranty issue. The original visit for service was several months ago. The critical part is a new radio that controls the operating screen which co warranty issue. The original visit for service was several months ago. The critical part is a new radio that controls the operating screen which controls the heater, defrost, seat and steering wheel heaters. The dealer had to order a new radio and did not have a delivery date. Finally, the radio came in and it was discovered to be faulty. Another radio was ordered with no idea of when it will come in. Thus far we are going on 4 months and counting. This is one of four vehicles I have purchased thru this dealership in the last several years. The communication from the service department was fine but the results were severely lacking. More
