Logan was great to work with. The recall work was completed quickly, although it was never explained. I'm not certain what they did or why exactly. We waited 20 days to get our van in for service of a transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Work that wasn't requested was looked at (brake transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Work that wasn't requested was looked at (brakes and rotors), costing us @ $500. This was TOO long for a transmission repair. No sense of urgency to even look at it. More

I was experiencing an intermittent electrical issue that would become active randomly. Finally, after several trips to the service department, your tech was able to recreate the issue to locate it and fix t would become active randomly. Although a frustrating issue, your team worked very well to resolve the problem and make the time my truck was out of service as little impact on my daily life as possible.
