I only wanted to work with her because of the positive experience I had in 2022. She is great at what she does, no pressure, and she wants to make sure I have all the information to be able to make my decision. I brought my car in for service on Dec 29th and was hoping to be able to find a replacement for it and I did with Lina’s help. I contacted Lina after I made my appt for service appt. She replied right away and she said we could meet while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. She said she had a couple of cars for me to look at. She was ready and prepared for my visit. Just another positive attribute of Lina. She’s great, what else can I say. The gentleman who helped with all the paperwork was efficient, friendly, helpful, kind and fast. He made it all painless and stress free. He was awesome. Gladstone Toyota is great place to go when you’re looking for a car. More
