Liane Menzel

Our best experience ever for the entire sales process in over 50 years. Mikaela, our sales associate was wonderful, prompt responses to requests for information on the Envision Avenir we were dealing on, ve over 50 years. Mikaela, our sales associate was wonderful, prompt responses to requests for information on the Envision Avenir we were dealing on, very personable, honest, and forthcoming. Jade Siffledeen who handled the finance end also bent over backwards for us explaining everything in detail and helping us with add-on packages and getting us the best deal possible. The service department personnel were great as well, both the service writer we dealt with and after purchase of the vehicle made room for us on a holiday to check on a strong odor concern that turned out to be just undercoat curing. Jade Melnychuk, sales manager and Liane Menzel, finance manager, were most helpful in all our dealings with them. More
