We spent quite a bit of time researching different vehicles, comparing features, pricing, and overall value. We looked at several manufacturers, including Lexus, GMC, Buick, and Nissan, but kept coming back to the GMC Terrain AT4. We had test driven an AT4 at another GMC dealership and really liked it, but they didn't have one with all the features we were looking for. We also took a couple of competitors vehicles for test drives, but neither changed our minds about the Terrain. What was interesting is that ChatGPT actually pointed us toward Capital GMC Buick and identified a red Terrain AT4 that appeared to have everything we wanted. So today, we decided to head over and take a look. That's where Cheema came in. He worked with us through the details, and I have to say, the entire sales team made a great impression on us. There was a real energy in the dealership, and you could tell everyone genuinely enjoyed being there. What stood out most was the sense of pride and ownership from the whole team. Everyone seemed engaged, positive, and willing to help. Leon, the finance manager, also deserves a thank you. He assisted us through the final process and helped make this one of the fastest vehicle purchases we've ever experienced. We left feeling really good about our decision to go with the red Terrain AT4, and just as importantly, about choosing Capital GMC Buick. The funny thing is, ChatGPT is what brought us to Capital GMC Buick in the first place, but it was Cheema, Leon, and the rest of the team who made us feel we'd come to the right place.
