Very bad experience dealing with the service advisors at this dealership. Took a whole month to get my part ordered since at first the advisor (Emilio Maltos) never ordered the part on my first interaction this dealership. Had to wait a bit to get checked in for a 12:30 appt, but once I did, the service advisor (Lee), let me know the approximate duration of the wait. I asked if I could get out by 3, he noted he would do everyt once I did, the service advisor (Lee), let me know the approximate duration of the wait. I asked if I could get out by 3, he noted he would do everything he could to get all the service done by then, but would definitely get me out by 3, as I needed to pick up my daughter. He came and found me at 2:45 and sent me on my way. Definitely went out of his way to make sure my request was honored. More
