We were very satisfied with the buying process - Lavoghn was easy to work with.. However the financial part of the deal was frustrating and we didn’t feel that the finance manager tried to get us the best r was easy to work with.. However the financial part of the deal was frustrating and we didn’t feel that the finance manager tried to get us the best rate. We had to ask for improved rate. Otherwise he would have locked us in at much higher rate. Not a good feeling. More
