We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of a return trip to Joseph Toyota Service to diagnose which of the tire sensors needs replacing. It is uncertain why your request to examine the sensors was not included in the notes, although occasionally this issue does occur if the appointment was made online. Again, our apology for this unfortunate anomaly, and for the shortage of technical staff on the 31st. We do not want to disappoint our customers; we would like the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to see you again.
