I just purchased a vehicle from here and the experience was ok at best. My first complaint is that the day before the purchase, I was in contact with the sales agent and going over questions about the vehi was ok at best. My first complaint is that the day before the purchase, I was in contact with the sales agent and going over questions about the vehicle that I was interested in. I specifically asked if the vehicle came with 2-sets of keys, she said that she didn't know and would get back to me. Several hours later I ended up on the phone with her and again asked about the keys. She assured me that it came with 2 sets and was holding them. Now, fast forward to the next day... As i'm getting into the vehicle after signing all paper work and my purchase final, I'm handed one key fob and one key, in other words one set... I asked where the second set was, and she told me, "Right here, one key and one FOB, that makes two!" The car is a push button start, and the actual key is only to lock the tail gate. I was very disappointed. This was something that I specifically requested, having 2-sets. I think that they knew they only had one set and divided the set up and then played stupid, tricking me in order to not loose out on the deal. This is a car dealership, a BIG one. Their business is cars and should absolutely know that it was only one set. I then asked if they could order another fob for me and charge me the dealers cost without markup, they wouldn't do that for me. My second big complaint is that they tried to sneak in a service called Corwin Connect for $400. I didn't realize it was there until going over the final financial paperwork. I asked what it was and why it was there. The financial rep explained what it was, and it was something that I had no interest in. I asked her to remove it. The sales rep then comes in and tells me Corwin Connect is on all their vehicles. I then asked if it was mandatory for the sale of the car and she said "Yes". I insisted that I didn't want the service and that it was not cool that I had to pay for a service that I didn't want or need. She left the room irritated and several minutes later the manager agreed to remove it. More

Everyone went out of their way to ensure that all parties were satisfied with the deal. Sales, service and the business employees were personable, responsive, and of most importance "others focused". For example, more than once I received calls from both Dylan [sales] and Chandler [service mgr.] after hours and during days off. I was represented in a fair manner by the entire organization. One last point; I conducted this entire sale over the phone wanting to ensure that when I walked in to the dealership there were no surprises. This dealership makes buying a vehicle fair and they truly care that the customer's have a positive experience. To Summarize: Good price -- Responsive employees -- Great buying experience More
