He went out of his way to make sure that I was well informed about all of the car's features, especially the new technology. He made me feel that I could come back to the dealership at any time that I had further questions. Robert was very patient with me and my lack of technological expertise. Robert is an expert! Larry was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained in detail all of the new technology included in this new 2018 Camry. He also was very patient with me as I asked questions. Great Experience We just purchased our new 2018 Rav4. Our sales representative was Jody Fleming who made us feel like we were sitting at a dinning room table with a f We just purchased our new 2018 Rav4. Our sales representative was Jody Fleming who made us feel like we were sitting at a dinning room table with a friend discussing what we would like in a new car. Jody took his time and listened to us as a couple making sure we both were involved in the decision making process. He took his time explaining and showing the differences between each of the models . Once we made a decision on the model we would like, he showed us a model with the color and options we wanted on the lot. During the negations we never had the feeling of being pressured. Jody would say "he wanted us to feel comfortable with our decision." This is why we recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Jody for making buying a car a great experience.
