I remembered the first time I met Troy, he quickly went through my requests and helped me to identify the right targets. Throughout the conversations, Troy paid a great attention to listen and understand my situation. No pressure from him at all during our first meet. His attitudes really earned my trust. With Troy's great assistance, then I felt more comfortable to arrange the second meet - a critical one, I invite my wife with me this time. Once again, Troy demonstrated his great patient on answering all sort of questions we might have. With Troy's wonderful support, we not only manage to meet our budget, we also very happy to find our desired model with the great options. The whole process, extremely smooth from the beginning to end. For all these, we can't thank enough for Troy's great service and support. The negotiations were done over the phone, and they texted me proof of the price negotiations. They stuck to the price when I arrive. I was out of their in 1.5 hours!!!!!!! The service was second to none, and now I have free lifetime oil changes, car washes, and powertrain on my new vehicle. I live in Greensboro and will take the time to drive to Raleigh to continue my relationship with Fred Anderson! Ask for Andre!!!! He is awesome and will take care of you! Larry did a great job in Finance as well!!!! I even got a bow for this Christmas present even though they do not give these out. I have to return the bow, but at least the trusted me to do that! Not to mention, the price here was $3,000 cheaper than their competitors! More

There are some things that need improvement. The salesman (Bryan Henderson) was polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. I feel he did what he could do. Larry Picket of the finance Department is another story. He was polite, very enthusiastic and knew his trade. I believe the problem is management of Fred Anderson Toyota. We were in Larry's office for over 3 hours listing and trying to understand all that was said, We got to his office around 8:30 PM. Finally around 11:30 I said I will sign the Gap insurance and the loan Papers. Then I will come back tomorrow and review &* sign the other options I was considering. I was told everything had to be signed now. The offers being made were only good that evening. I said this is a deal breaker. His program is too long. It is late and we've got over 1 hours trip to get home. We've been here since 4PM, No Dinner and I can't think straight. Finally I said, Lets get this over with. If you are telling me I can cancel all the additional items anytime, lets sign the papers. Just understand I may cancel one or more of the additional items. We got home after 1 am in the morning. The Business office is way too long, It is very confusing and it appears that I was being strong armed to purchase additional items without understanding them completely. I do not understand why I could not have purchased these items the following day. This is not right.. More
