I forwarded you the email when your Sales Manager, James Merendino, offered nothing at all except to confirm I was right about the financing. He said I can come back to redo the loan, when it was already done. Too little, too late. Nobody responded to me during the entire process from the parts department, or the financing department after calling them multiple times leading up to picking up the 4Runner. The salesperson was so lackadaisical, and could not confirm he could get me the upgraded wheels until the day I was picking it up even though this was made clear a month before, but all he kept saying is I have to talk to my parts guy. Meanwhile, I called Rocky Mount Toyota, and while on hold they told me they can get me the upgraded wheels. Then I went back to my salesperson and they tried to offer the $3,200 XP off road package that comes with the wheels I wanted but also Nitto Grapplers. Another shady sales tactic, as those tires are rated worse offroad than the stock Falken Wildpeak tires. Nobody responded about the trade in price and then when showing up with a car max quote of $2,900, you gave me $1,000. The vehicle sticker clearly showed a moonroof, and you just said it was a mistake and didn't offer anything for that very big mistake. Then I actually gave you another chance by bringing it in for service this past weekend. On the service call in your system it said, routine maintenance, state inspection, and the recall on the front spoiler. Also, I asked if they could please stop Sirius from popping up on my screen since I have not had a subscriptions for months. This was a planned appointment for weeks. My service guy had no idea about the recall, and as a result you didn't have parts. They still took the spoiler off and then put it back on damaged with it hanging off the bottom with it ripped apart from 3 screws. Talk about a safety hazard. You also forgot to do the state inspection, and apparently nobody knows how to remove Sirius from a vehicle. Don't put it on the new vehicles if you have no idea how to get rid of it, and somebody in service said it was hardwired so it will be there forever. That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. So your service team completed one of the four things on the service ticket. Why put in on the service ticket if nobody actually performs the services requested? You were aware of there being issues, and you didn't respond. I even emailed you 15 days after forwarding the original email thread, and you still didn't respond. You are only concerned now because I left a public review.
