Knowledgable staff, incredible prices, top-notch service After being unable to reach a fair price at a different Toyota dealership earlier in the day, we found Fred Anderson online and decided to drive a lit After being unable to reach a fair price at a different Toyota dealership earlier in the day, we found Fred Anderson online and decided to drive a little further and see if we could get a better deal. We arrived about an hour prior to closing, and were greeted by Steve at the front door. We explained the model and features we were interested in, and Steve brought us to his desk and began searching for the Camry we were looking for. He found exactly the model we wanted and brought it around for a test drive. Following the test drive, we returned to Steve's desk where he offered us an immediate and extremely generous discount off MSRP (roughly $4,500 less than the other dealership). It didn't take much thought at that point, as we loved the car and felt like we were getting a great deal on the price. After squaring away with Steve, we met with Larry who walked us through the financing aspect, explained and offered warranty and insurance information, and got us through all the paperwork. Larry was extremely knowledgeable as well, able to break down into easily-understandable phrasing all the various components of our car. We feel like we truly understood the purpose of every document we were signing. Meanwhile, Steve left to fill up the tank on our new Camry, and began registering our account on Toyota's website. All this, I must add, after the dealership had closed. Steve and Larry stuck with us nearly 2 hours after closing, and we were the only customers remaining. Overall, fantastic car buying experience that I hope will be emulated in all our future searches as well! More

Excellent customer service. I went to Fred Anderson Toyota because I was interested in getting a new 4 runner. I had a 2007 4 runner and have loved it so it was an easy choice f I went to Fred Anderson Toyota because I was interested in getting a new 4 runner. I had a 2007 4 runner and have loved it so it was an easy choice for me. I knew exactly what I wanted, I thought, but Andre showed me all the different 4 Runner types and options available and made a point to tell me he wanted me to see ALL of my options. That was great because he could’ve just showed me the one I had decided on and not bothered. I especially appreciated that as I really hadn’t looked (in person) at all of my options. It also was good because I did decided on a different color!!! Andre made sure to explain the difference in the package options (which I ended up disputing him on rudely on several occasions and of course his explanations were correct while my disputes were incorrect). Andre handled my strong persoanitly calmly and professionally. He even drove all the way out to wake forest to personally handle some paperwork which he offered to do and completed with a smile!!!! Post sale Andre has reached out and let me know he’s available if I have any questions about my new vehicle. Having never had a vehicle with so many options I have reached out to Andre several times and he’s been more than happy to assist me. I would definitely purchase from Fred Anderson again and I would go straight to Andre! Andre took me over to service and introduced me to Brian. That was nice to put a face to my future service needs. Brian was great. Lastly Andre introduced me to Larry Pickett who took over to do the financing process. Larry was very thorough. He painstakingly explained everything to me and was very personable and funny. He broke everything down to be sure I understood how the warranties worked, why things were done a certain way and by whom. It was an overwhelming about of information but I’m the end it’s all things that I’m happy were explained to me! Larry definitely knows his stuff and nothing I asked could trip him up! More

I didn't have to be sold on the car and Junior, who was my salesman was not pushy and did everything to make my buying experience a pleasurable one. I absolutely love my car. Junior helped me set up everything that my old 2005 dinosaur did not have. Larry Pickett was exceptional with my financing needs. Decided to try another Toyota dealer and so glad I did. More

When we decided the specific models desired, Steve was immediately able to find them. When we then arranged an appointment for test drive, his response was fast and responsive to our schedules. Then after testing the cars and beginning negotiations, Steve cut to the chase and gave his best offer. Which was truly the best. After we made the purchase, he was extremely helpful i getting the paperwork together, the temporary plates, and getting us together with the finance person Plus he gave a detailed and helpful introduction to the complexities of the car and its capabilities including safety features etc. I highly recommend Steve Daniel!
