Amazing Experience From the time I walked into the dealership, I was met with an awesome Sale Representative, Larry Liang. I had made up my mind that I was going to buy From the time I walked into the dealership, I was met with an awesome Sale Representative, Larry Liang. I had made up my mind that I was going to buy a Honda CR-V but still knew in my heart that I was settling for a car I was not 100% into. Honda had offered me an extremely good deal but as soon as I laid eyes on the 2019 RAV4 I knew that was my style and that was the car that I wanted. What can I say, Larry went over and beyond to make sure that I had a good deal because he did not want to lose me as a customer. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable and never hesitated to go back and forth to negotiate with his Manager. He was extremely good to the point that even if I did not like the car I was going to buy it because of the amount of effort that Larry put into the deal. The experience was great to say the least, I'm a happy customer. More

very positive Larry was very polite and patient thruout the entire time that me and my friends are there at the dealership. He was knowledgable about the products a Larry was very polite and patient thruout the entire time that me and my friends are there at the dealership. He was knowledgable about the products and was able to give professional advice to my friends and helped them get the car they wanted. He was also very accommodating when it comes to coordinating for test drives as well as when and how to pick up the vehicle after my friends made the purchase. Overall, it's a pleasant experience for me and my friends. I would come back again, plus the coffee was good!! More

Allen Zhang and Larry Laing who provided me with the best info about which car is best for me. Henry Gao in the service department is knowledgable and Gets the repair done without and headaches. Let’s just say we now own 2 Lexus’s from zero. More
