It is quite refreshing to know that there is an Acura dealership in the Columbus area that cares about the customer. I've had nothing but great service from Acura of Columbus! I've dealt primarily with L dealership in the Columbus area that cares about the customer. I've had nothing but great service from Acura of Columbus! I've dealt primarily with Larry Jones, and I will say...the way I've been treated is 2nd to none. I won't go anywhere else...whether it's for service or to buy my next Acura. Just bought my third Acura from Acura Columbus. Treg and Tom did a great job in sales and Clay and Larry have always been terrific in service over the years. This purchase was a 2021 RDX Advance Package. De Tom did a great job in sales and Clay and Larry have always been terrific in service over the years. This purchase was a 2021 RDX Advance Package. We have been customers with Acura Columbus for years in their service department but have not purchased a vehicle from them. What a great experience! We had an appointment to look at a couple of Certified their service department but have not purchased a vehicle from them. What a great experience! We had an appointment to look at a couple of Certified Used Acuras and when we arrived Steve had them both running and ready! He was straight up and honest.. no pressure. We drove away 4 hours later in our 2016 Acura MDX! More

Love Acura Columbus I love Acura Columbus because they treat me like a family member. I started with the TL, then bought a TLX and now, I have a 2019 RDX. Steve Ault is I love Acura Columbus because they treat me like a family member. I started with the TL, then bought a TLX and now, I have a 2019 RDX. Steve Ault is always friendly and knowledgeable, making car shopping enjoyable. I was recently in for a service issue. Larry Jones was very impressive and efficient. He called me to get a through history of my vehicle problem (I used night drop). My vehicle was diagnosed and fixed quickly. I am very happy with my Acura family! More

Great Buying Experience Bought a MDX in 2010 at Acura Columbus and kept it until 2019. Great car so I bought another 2019 MDX. The Service Department, managed by Larry Jones Bought a MDX in 2010 at Acura Columbus and kept it until 2019. Great car so I bought another 2019 MDX. The Service Department, managed by Larry Jones, has been wonderful to work with over the years. Everyone I have worked with is extremely courteous and respectful ..... including Heather Everson, Adam Hannah, Dave MacDonald, Steve Ault and many others. I highly recommend Acura Columbus. Unbelievable. I am a new fan/customer Your team at this location is outstanding. The manager went above and beyond by responding to a distress call in the evening, after he was home. I was Your team at this location is outstanding. The manager went above and beyond by responding to a distress call in the evening, after he was home. I was upset because I thought something had gone wrong with an earlier repair. He remained patient and helpful. He even tried to walk me through possible solutions before determining that The car needed to be brought in. The next morning he sent someone to help me jump my car. The tech was very patient and helpful. The manager had the loaner waiting and I was on my way with little to no missed time. he and the service advisor stayed in communication with me, and when I got my car back everything was fine. I am really impressed. I also own a Mercedes, and had stayed with that brand because of the customer service. Your Acura location surpassed Mercedes customer service. During my repair, our personal banker mentioned that he was looking for a new car and asked if we had recommendations. I told him Acura and to only go to your location. The manager’s name was Larry Jones. I have never been so impressed with a car dealership. He is great. The whole team was great. More

Awesome Dealership I recently had a great experience at Acura of Columbus. I received a fair trade in price on my SUV and my salesman Steve Ault was awesome. Steve is very professional and extremely easy to work with. The entire dealership team are friendly and top notch. I met the owner who took time to chat with me and answer my questions. I purchased a 2019 Acura RDX and my overall experience with Acura Columbus exceeded my expectations! More
