Service was great! This is my first time leasing a Hyundai and I was having trouble with my car seat being secure. I asked Lance to look at it and he showed my how to p This is my first time leasing a Hyundai and I was having trouble with my car seat being secure. I asked Lance to look at it and he showed my how to properly secure the car seat with this vehicle. Now I feel so much better that my child is secured. Thanks Lance!! More

engine light came on and brought it in to see what was wrong As always, our service advisor, Lance Smith, was very helpful, got to the problem right away, got it in to be fixed. He always has a smile, and is always very friendly and he always remembers who we are. The waiting room is always clean and there is always coffee, and danish for the customers, and theres always a movie on to keep us entertained while we wait. I would definitely recommend this dealerships service department. More

Amazing I always get my questions answered and feel that my car is well taken care of. I Would Like Everyone To Know That I Have Bought Many Cars Over The Years,But This Dealership Has Been A Great Experience For Me. I Found A 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe, And I Am VERY Happy With It. Everyone That I Have Delt With At Lithia Has Been Friendly, And Very Helpful. My 2 Sales Representatives Mr. Bill Khan, And Mr. Bryan Ogg Have Been Nothing But Top Noch. When I Was Still Shopping For A Car, Mr. Khan Actually Came Into The Dealership On His Day Off To Help Me Find What I Was Looking For !! Being A Used Vehicle,There Were A Few Minor Issues With My Santa Fe. The Serivce Department Was Outstanding, Lance Smith, And Kyle In Parts, Were Nothing But Professional, Extremely Helpful, And Always Knowledge. Lance Smith of Lithia Hyundai is awesome to work, and his two colleagues were also professional. I appreciated Lance's postive attitude, competency, and honesty.
