Bad experience, poor customer, poor service a without qualit Pre-owned sales manager, not professional at all and missing decency A salesperson with poor poor customer service, with no, follow up I did not s Pre-owned sales manager, not professional at all and missing decency A salesperson with poor poor customer service, with no, follow up I did not see his face since I signed carless Manager and technician make your car dirty, damage your car I recently purchased X4 2018 28i, 16000 Kilometers for 56,000 $ from Parkside Toronto That was a week ago, here is what happened (I have all the photos) This is the third time that I have to leave my work and go back to Parkview BMW: First time I went back because: The salesperson did not fix a loos trunk They did not install the plastic part attached to the trunk door (Knowing that I mentioned and I emphasis) but it seems like once you sign that’s it Unpinned plastic that was surrounding the tire was misplaced (they asked me to come another day) The second time I went back because: I paid while I am purchasing the car to tint the front windows (400+) after going home I found out that the passenger window damaged from inside with two big scratches (the tint man was careless and did not even bother to redo it), if I did it outside it could cost me 100 with perfect job 3M film But I thought oh its BMW dealer they will do a good job, but I was mistaking I found out that the system not been rested and the previous owner name and data with the keys setup still there, it seems like no Quality process been followed for the Pre owned cars. The third time I went back because: After two hours of waiting (knowing that they said it will take an hour), I took the car and while I am the rubber around Chase is unplaced is like it’s been moved along with the airbag part???!!! (I have the photo) Looks like your technician do not wear gloves and they do not know what they should do (no order or quality) I went back and they kinds fix it but the airbag still misses placed and the rubber not perfectly in place like it was!!! I have to leave because of my work; also it left marks and dirt on the car interior They did not even bother to clean it or wash the Car like any dealership like Nissan or Honda which they wash your car if you change the oil or with any service I bought this car from BMW to avoid all this not to keep coming back to fix issues that are not mine Why I came to fix something that is not my mistake in the first place and why leaving with another damage part and dirt instead of cleaning the car???!!!! So now the total is four times that I went back to BMW and I am NOT even happy or satisfied after buying a car with 56000 + 420 to tint only 2 windows this is not what I was expecting at all More
