Our recent experience at Handy Toyota was excellent – my daughter was looking to buy her first car and from the time we pulled onto the lot looking at vehicles to the day she pulled off the lot in a new car daughter was looking to buy her first car and from the time we pulled onto the lot looking at vehicles to the day she pulled off the lot in a new car we had the best service from everyone we met. Jesse was a fantastic salesman – he asked what she was interested in, showed her what they had available and what they had coming in, he explained the process of waiting for the car she wanted the kept us up to date on all status changes as the car was being delivered, and then walked us through the entire sales process smoothly and expertly when the car was ready for pick up. On the day of purchase, while waiting for paperwork and financing to be ready, Kyle and Jordan checked in numerous times to see if we needed anything while Jesse and Dennis were working on our stuff “behind the scenes” and getting everything ready for her. Being nervous, as this was her first car purchase, they made sure that she was comfortable and being kept informed of what was going on while she waited. When it came time to talk financing, Dennis was able to answer all of our questions immediately and made the entire process of buying a car simple and enjoyable rather than stressful for her. Adam and his team at Handy Toyota not only sold her a car that day but gained a new family of customers through their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
