Outstanding purchase experience! This was my second vehicle purchase at Gladstone Toyota. When researching my new vehicle I shopped around other Toyota dealerships but ended up back This was my second vehicle purchase at Gladstone Toyota. When researching my new vehicle I shopped around other Toyota dealerships but ended up back at Gladstone because of their excellent lot selection of vehicles with the options I was looking for as well as the unparalleled customer service. From the greeters opening the door at my arrival to the Service folks making sure my truck was perfect at pickup, everyone made me feel I was a valued member of the Toyota family - not just another customer buying a popular vehicle. My purchase experience took nearly six hours from test drive to paperwork, not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Many different folks stopped to chat about what vehicle I was interested in, to check if I need anything while waiting - coffee, water, etc, and I had the sense they felt my time was more valuable than theirs. My Sales Associate, Sou Chao, was instrumental in my experience. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking for as well as all the options available. He was quite open about costs and discounts, which I appreciated, very patient and made great alternative suggestions when negotiating, yet worked hard with Management to get the exact vehicle with the exact options I wanted at the price point I budgeted - the first time I have ever felt a Sales Associate was working for me vice the company. As the title of this review says - an overall outstanding experience! More

I met Eric at the dealership to look at a couple of vehicles. With his help I decided to test drive an accura SUV. I was quite pleased with the test drive. We returned to the dealership Eric got my information, negotiated a price, and delivered the vehicle to my home. I had a flight to catch in the afternoon, and was concerned that it would be cumbersome ordeal. I was quite surprised as Eric helped me get through all of the paperwork in a reasonable amount of time. I would return to this dealership if the need for another vehicle arose, and recommend others visit. Happy holidays Steve Murphy More

Great Experience Beginning to End Live four hours from Toyota of Gladstone, started the process online with Sou and Seth, came to agreement price quickly on 2017 Highlander Hybrid and Live four hours from Toyota of Gladstone, started the process online with Sou and Seth, came to agreement price quickly on 2017 Highlander Hybrid and Trade prior to coming in to the dealership, NO! snags or hick-ups which was Great! Was greeted upon arriving dealership very professional, thanks for everything Sunday getting in and out in a timely fashion, appreciate all the hard work with everyone involved from beginning to end of the process. Great meeting each one of you, except Sou out on PTO which I enjoyed working with too! F & I Mgr Tasney was great finalizing thing with paperwork kudos! Kristin did an "Outstanding Job" with the delivery of the Highlander. Look forward to doing business in the future with you, if in the area when service is do will stop in.
