Easy Breezy Car Purchases After having visited 3 dealerships and communicating with several others over the week, I was so glad Kristin DeMars was our salesperson. She actually After having visited 3 dealerships and communicating with several others over the week, I was so glad Kristin DeMars was our salesperson. She actually listened to what we had to say, offered workable alternatives that were truley geared towards our wants and needs. There wasn't pressure to get buy unwanted extras, but instead truly sold me on the extras by demonstrating and explaining their value, thus making me want them. We easily turned in a leased car a few months early, leased a new car, and purchased a new car all in the same day with Kristin and the team at Gladstone, even with a toddler in tow. The finance and paperwork was the quickest I have ever experienced when buying a car. Both new cars are fantastic and best of all I'm not stressed out about how to keep the toddler entertained on future service visits since the main lounge area has clear sight lines into the fantastic, completely enclosed, kids play room. More

Outstanding purchase experience! This was my second vehicle purchase at Gladstone Toyota. When researching my new vehicle I shopped around other Toyota dealerships but ended up back This was my second vehicle purchase at Gladstone Toyota. When researching my new vehicle I shopped around other Toyota dealerships but ended up back at Gladstone because of their excellent lot selection of vehicles with the options I was looking for as well as the unparalleled customer service. From the greeters opening the door at my arrival to the Service folks making sure my truck was perfect at pickup, everyone made me feel I was a valued member of the Toyota family - not just another customer buying a popular vehicle. My purchase experience took nearly six hours from test drive to paperwork, not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Many different folks stopped to chat about what vehicle I was interested in, to check if I need anything while waiting - coffee, water, etc, and I had the sense they felt my time was more valuable than theirs. My Sales Associate, Sou Chao, was instrumental in my experience. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was looking for as well as all the options available. He was quite open about costs and discounts, which I appreciated, very patient and made great alternative suggestions when negotiating, yet worked hard with Management to get the exact vehicle with the exact options I wanted at the price point I budgeted - the first time I have ever felt a Sales Associate was working for me vice the company. As the title of this review says - an overall outstanding experience! More

I met Eric at the dealership to look at a couple of vehicles. With his help I decided to test drive an accura SUV. I was quite pleased with the test drive. We returned to the dealership Eric got my information, negotiated a price, and delivered the vehicle to my home. I had a flight to catch in the afternoon, and was concerned that it would be cumbersome ordeal. I was quite surprised as Eric helped me get through all of the paperwork in a reasonable amount of time. I would return to this dealership if the need for another vehicle arose, and recommend others visit. Happy holidays Steve Murphy More
