I called to get an oil change, and I got an appointment that same day and right after I got off of work. I needed my brake fluid changed also and new tires which I would have had to go somewhere else but that same day and right after I got off of work. I needed my brake fluid changed also and new tires which I would have had to go somewhere else but they had the tires and they had specials for all three things. I love a deal !! I met Kim Kelly while finalizing paperwork for a company vehicle. She was responsive. She was knowledgeable. Mostly, she was direct and honest. After presenting me with options on other vehicles, we decided to lease a new Honda Clarity. Online application to Kim overnight, approval the next day, and we picked up our Clarity. No gimmicks, no bait and switch, no hidden costs. Ramzi handled our paperwork in finance with professionalism and efficiency.
