Service is Fine, Sales Department way too agressive! Your service department is fine. Your sales department is over the top aggressive. It was the last day of the month and although we agreed to meet wi Your service department is fine. Your sales department is over the top aggressive. It was the last day of the month and although we agreed to meet with "Kiki", salesperson who had sold us our car, we received calls from two other sales people while we were there with Kiki. She wanted to show us the new Highlander while we were at Daytona Toyota on a service call. When we purchased from Daytona Toyota, we said we would never buy another car there. On the day we bought, we were there for several hours, while meeting with the financial person, he announced that after all that had led up to that point, the figures we had been given were not for the car we wanted. Also, we wanted to pay cash and through all this red tape, we had to finance for one or two payments before we could pay off the car. We felt that we had been "screwed". We will not buy there again. As we said, the service department was fine although they could do a courtesy wash after servicing. More
