Instead of trying to push me to buy a car that I was not looking for, he went the extra mile to find the vehicle I was looking for. The dealer did not have the Highlander Hybrid in stock, but they were able to special order it and have it in less than 3 business days. Adam is fully capable of meeting new situations head-on and applying himself in a highly resourceful manner to meet the needs of his clients. In addition, he is always available to answer any questions the customer might have. Adam is a superstar and he has a bright future. Promote him now to sales management!!!!!!
