Exellent Product, Excellent Service, Excellent Dealership! I've been a customer of Whitby Toyota for almost 22 years since emigrating from UK. I'm still with them simply because I've not found a better dealers I've been a customer of Whitby Toyota for almost 22 years since emigrating from UK. I'm still with them simply because I've not found a better dealership....... anywhere! Toyota products speak for themselves but the impartial advice from a sales team whose product knowledge is not only exceptional but also delivered in a relaxed atmosphere is complemented by a Service and Parts team that are equally outstanding. The bottom line from the perspective of an existing or prospective customer is that this dealership is TRUSTWORTHY. I have never been let down or disappointed in any way in my 22 years of being their customer. They are effective, efficient and 100% committed to customer satisfaction. I've recommended this dealership both to work colleagues and personal friends. More

Outstanding! I am a car guy and worked several years in the industry with various car dealers across Ontario so I am not an easy sell; it takes a lot to impress me I am a car guy and worked several years in the industry with various car dealers across Ontario so I am not an easy sell; it takes a lot to impress me and I know the difference between smoke and mirrors and simply good honest business practices. Whitby Toyota is simply an outstanding operation! Each and every time I stop in they simply exceed my expectations; they have from day 1 and they continue to do so. They truly do go out of their way to help you out in a very friendly & welcoming manner. When it came to getting my wife a new vehicle, a 2015 Highlander, they weren't my first choice, they were my only choice of a Dealer. Gary Brown was an outstanding sales representative. He took his time carefully explaining the transaction to my wife and carefully reviewed every detail of her order to ensure she got exactly what she wanted in a vehicle; she spec'd her Highlander sight unseen but she knew with Gary's help she had nothing to worry about When the vehicle arrived Gary was present for the delivery; he spent well over an hour going through the vehicle features with my wife; she was ecstatic, not only because her new vehicle was beyond gorgeous but at the job Gary did explaining to her every minute detail. He didn't rush through the presentation,he took his time and ensured she understood everything. Ian Kingsley dropped by to ensure every thing was running smoothly, its nice to see a General Manager actively involved in every aspect of the dealership, beyond the sales department. He not only knows the business; he KNOWS his company inside and out. That was evident when I watched him work the shop control tower one day ... he was a pro. Thank you Whitby Toyota for the great job! And I hope to see you all soon again for another vehicle. More

Purchase of my 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD Limited The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold it for $2,400 2nd car is a 02 Camry-Solara and it has 427,000km - Like new, no issues and still use it. The Sienna is my 3rd Toyota and obtained with 16km on it. Drove it and what an experience. Wow in some many areas. Gary in sales spent time explaining and demonstrating how to use the various controls. All the staff at Whitby helped me with my questions and all helpful and considerate. I've been with Toyota since 1988 and have worked with the dealership(s) in the US and Canada to service with Toyota parts ONLY. I recommend this dealership. Jimmy Fernandes More
