After paying for the repair and picking up my car, the check engine light came back on and began flashing within five minutes of leaving the dealership. Friendly dearlership until you actually need something or there is an issue with your vehicle. My almost brand new (9k miles on it) ID4 stopped working, their offer of a solution is to just wait for a couple there is an issue with your vehicle. My almost brand new (9k miles on it) ID4 stopped working, their offer of a solution is to just wait for a couple hours anytime it refuses to start and then try it again. Claiming its just a software glitch and doesn't warrant any kind of actual solution. So now I'm stuck with a car that is totally unreliable that costs me $600/month. I'm currently in a long and complicated process of trying to get a replacement or a buyback. Whatever you do, don't buy an ID4, and maybe avoid VW entirely until they can sort out their software issues since they won't offer any help or solutions if you encounter a faulty vehicle. More
