Because I live seven hours away, I ordered my car over the phone with Kenra Shaw. She worked with me getting the best deal that I could for my new CX-5 Turbo. During these chip shortage-related times, t the phone with Kenra Shaw. She worked with me getting the best deal that I could for my new CX-5 Turbo. During these chip shortage-related times, there is no way to get a car below MSRP. I ended up paying their $895 dealer fee, as opposed to $3000 at my local Mazda dealer. Kenra discounted some of the add-ons to help offset. The main reason why I would recommend Kenra and Mazda of Gladstone is that they were transparent during the entire transaction, including sending me a copy of the dealer's invoice for my car. I had to wait a month for my car, but don't blame Mazda of Gladstone. We spent extra time with the Finance Department because it was understaffed and adjusting to a new software program, but they were very nice. I would buy another car from Mazda of Gladstone in the future if I am in the market for another Mazda. More

The Team at Gladstone came through for us with the CX30 of our choice; we received the preferred exterior and interior colors we waited so patiently for. Given the shortage in inventory at all dealerships, of our choice; we received the preferred exterior and interior colors we waited so patiently for. Given the shortage in inventory at all dealerships, they went out of their way and secured our choice from another Mazda territory so we would have our vehicle in time for the Holidays. Kenra provided such amazing customer service for the purchase of my new car! She communicated in a regular basis during the time I signed the papers to delivery of my car on the lot. Kenra took the time purchase of my new car! She communicated in a regular basis during the time I signed the papers to delivery of my car on the lot. Kenra took the time to completely review the electronics with me which was very reassuring. She has offered to help me if I forget something and has reached on to check in. Kenra’s enthusiasm for me as a customer was so appreciated! I had just had knee surgery a few days before and she really tried to keep our ‘wait time’ to a minimum. She is such an asset to Mazda of Gladstone. I received extraordinary support from Jonathan who was able to ‘find’ my rare red Mazda 3 and get it to me far before the forecasted date. While the completion of ALL the paperwork took a lot of time, Tom, in finance, was very organized and worked smoothly and thoroughly. I’ve my eye on this specific car for years and finding one was not an easy feat. Mazda of Gladstone did NOT take advantage of me by ‘jacking up’ the price. My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership, we were quite impressed!!! More
