The sales team of Erin and Kenra worked together to get the exact car that I was looking for. I feel like they treated me fairly in regards to the price of the new car and my trade in value. I am very pleased with my new Mazda and happy that I went to Mazda of Gladstone. This is the second new Mazda that I've purchased from them. They aren't the closest Mazda dealer to me but it was worth the drive. More

Did not mark up over MSRP, as many dealers are right now, but required purchase of at least one add on package. Friendly employees but felt like the more the deal came together the more it got stacked in the but required purchase of at least one add on package. Friendly employees but felt like the more the deal came together the more it got stacked in their favor. What started as a fair trade in value ended up with a $1200 reconditioning fee, when that is already factored into trade in value. With that fee, they promised to at least return all my upgrade parts since they planned to return my trade in to stock as it wouldn't be appealing otherwise, although I felt that it was upgraded in a classy and appealing manner I agreed. Instead, they turned around and sold my trade in for a huge profit of $7000 on a compact car within a few days and in that rush I ultimately only got about half my upgrade parts back since they sold it so quickly. Service dept. did call proactively to get my car in for the clear bra chip protection package I bought with the new car, Dallas was awesome to deal with, got me a loaner on the spot while the clear bra was done. Satellite radio trial was not activated properly. They also should have offered accessories like the appearance package or other accessories I wanted, I could have had them rolled into my loan but they only pushed huge margin warranties and packages. I understand dealers need to make money on less volume days so overall it was an average experience, just be prepared to stand your ground and say no to add-ons you don't want. More
