I can honestly say that this is my first time ever writing a review on a vehicle or dealership, but with the level of service that I received not only with my most recent purchase, but my purchases ov writing a review on a vehicle or dealership, but with the level of service that I received not only with my most recent purchase, but my purchases over the years, the time has truly come. Years ago I decided to give Lexus a try, although I had pretty much made up my mind that I was going to purchase a different vehicle. To my surprise, the level of respect and treatment that I received at Lexus changed my thought and it all started with Kenny Clark. Now, here I am years later and just purchased my third Lexus from Kenny. It feels really good to know that you can truly call on him for anything related to your vehicle. Whenever I am in the dealership, I can be sure that Kenny is going to come over and not only say "hello" but he is going to have a short conversation with me and it has nothing to do with him making a deal, he just wants to make sure that I know that he is sincere and he is. Kenny truly represents Wilde Lexus in a positive light and I have been blessed to have had him as my salesman. I will be headed to Lexus #4 next year! More

He made sure we understood all the features of the car and was in no rush to hurry us out like some other dealerships are. Rafael was also amazing. He had the paperwork ready to go in no time at all and he made sure we had a clear understanding of the lease agreement. We would also like to extend a warm thanks to Chuck for giving us such a great deal and for making us feel like a part of the Lexus family.
