He made sure we understood all the features of the car and was in no rush to hurry us out like some other dealerships are. Rafael was also amazing. He had the paperwork ready to go in no time at all and he made sure we had a clear understanding of the lease agreement. We would also like to extend a warm thanks to Chuck for giving us such a great deal and for making us feel like a part of the Lexus family.
