3rd time is not a charm Have had a 2019 Honda Pilot for about 5 months. Video display system was not working properly. On 2nd visit, system finally changed. Then speakers sta Have had a 2019 Honda Pilot for about 5 months. Video display system was not working properly. On 2nd visit, system finally changed. Then speakers started crackling noise. Updated software. Still making noise and now video is goofing up again. ...so heading back for 4th time for These odd electrical issues. I’d avoid the Pilot until they solve these problems. I realized that buying a new car gave me a peace of mind I needed because my old car had to many miles and I had to go too frequently to have many repairs done. Sometimes with really old cars you feel like car repairs are never ending and now I enjoy that I don't have to think in what would be my next service More

Inconsistent 3 weeks ago we took our van for an oil change and were told we had 50% left on brakes. Then yesterday we were told we needed our brakes changed. And when I asked about it the service representative told me that the techs don’t always gauge things right. Why would I take my car to Honda if they can’t give me accurate information. Feels like I was sold something I didn’t need. Horrible service and response by the people in the service department. More

I usually go to Honda 385, customer service is much better at the Honda Nation dealership. The only reason I brought my car here was the free service offered after purchase. I have one more free service and will probably return to Honda 385. As the service center is much more up to date. Honda 385 is much more customer oriented, its the little things for example, they always wash your car, not give you a coupon for you to do it yourself and tell you that you will have to come back to use the Nissan car wash at a later date. More
