Love the Express Service This is the 2nd time I’ve used the express service to have my oil changed and tires rotated. No pressure, great service! I've been to this dealership twice. A few months ago I was looking, but wasn't ready to part with my old car yet. The salesman was friendly and helpfu I've been to this dealership twice. A few months ago I was looking, but wasn't ready to part with my old car yet. The salesman was friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. I didn't get bombarded with a bunch of phone calls offering me deals, they just told me to come back when I was ready. When it was time to say goodbye to the old one, I went and test drove several other vehicles, and decided that Mazda was still the front runner. I went back to the dealership, and unfortunately the first salesman I worked with was no longer there. However, CJ Barnett was able to jump in and take over. There was no pressure, no hassle, and things went very quickly and smoothly. I ended up getting a fair offer for my trade-in and left with a new vehicle that I love and that I know I don't have to worry about for a long time. Really pleased with the whole experience! More
