I had the problem of not receiving a "Valet Key" with a new Cadillac vehicle. Thru the determined efforts of Ms. Kelley Kelly and Service Manager, Dave Wright, they researched the problem with General Mot new Cadillac vehicle. Thru the determined efforts of Ms. Kelley Kelly and Service Manager, Dave Wright, they researched the problem with General Motors/Cadillac and eventually I received a key. The ignition switch had to be replaced to work with the key but everything with the "Valet switch/key" system worked properly when they were finished. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Cadillac STS I purchased has operated perfectly since my purchase over 6 months ago. Friendly, reasonable prices, regularly provide coupons for service specials and invitations for events. I was introduced to the owner on the first visit and the difference in professionalism and custom for service specials and invitations for events. Nice seating area with free coffee and bagels for service visits. More

I purchased a used Chevrolet Impala from Kelly Cadillac. I purchased this car on-line, sight un-seen. When I recieved this car, it was exactly as they discribed it to me. The dealership contacted the ship I purchased this car on-line, sight un-seen. When I recieved this car, it was exactly as they discribed it to me. The dealership contacted the shipper and the car was delievered without incident. The entire purchase on this car was GREAT! I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone. I have had several great service expereinces with this dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the dealer. On a few occasions when I experienced a problem with my car (and I was in my home area), I simply drove over to the Kelly Dealership and the service people took me right in and took care of my problem while I waited - even when they were very busy. Greg in service has always done a great job and the rest of the people there are always friendly and helpful. I used tohate going to mycar dealer for service. With Kelly I find it to be a friendly visit. More
