I have purchased my car here in 2013, and have had it serviced only here. Keith has been my service agent since day one. It's wonderful to feel taken care of and heard. one of the main reason i have bought 4 Kias from Jim Butler is because of the great service and attention that i receive form Keith. He is a pleasure in an otherwise usually careless occupation. I was there on last Monday to get a Diagnostics they claim they found the problem they claim they fixed the problem they told me it was a light out in the back it was a brake light or something then the claim they found the problem they claim they fixed the problem they told me it was a light out in the back it was a brake light or something then they told me it was something else the diagnostic was 175 I had to come back on Tuesday because it wasn't fixed then I had to come back on Thursday thinking that they were going to continue with the diagnostics from Monday but Thursday I was charged $175 for a dollar and $25 part that is so unfair never heard of that I'm confused I did not know if I had known that I could have did what you guys did put a bowl then but instead keep makes a comment and said well we found the problem it was a bulb somebody put a bulb in it was the wrong bub okay and $1.25 my bill was $176.24 I believe I asked for a call back from a manager I still haven't gotten a call back I'm not understanding how do you charge me that has been a loyal customer 175 for a dollar and 24 cents part can somebody explain that to me my phone number is 314-901-4405 that's my cell phone if somebody management wise can give me a call back it would be greatly appreciated cuz I am very displeased at what happened it's not right it didn't make sense to me I'm there Monday Tuesday and Thursday I live in xx Ann I'm coming from North County all the way out there to you guys in Chesterfield because I felt you guys did good service but now I'm angry because I was charged such a steep price for a small part I could have went somewhere else this is so unfair please give me a call back I need answers More

I had and oil problem with my 2020 Telluride starting in April of 2023. ( the engine was burning oil) I struggled to get anything accomplished with getting it fixed until the winter of 2023 and then Jim but April of 2023. ( the engine was burning oil) I struggled to get anything accomplished with getting it fixed until the winter of 2023 and then Jim butler had my car for 2.5 months and I just got it back May 3rd 2024 with some engine valve replacements. The next day after getting it back I noticed it had hail damage on the hood and the roof. ( there had been 2 major hail storms in the xx. Louis area recently so I was not shocked). But the deal ship said NOTHING about the damage!! So strange!! Then I called and they didn’t even act shocked, barely said anything and definitely didn’t apologize!! The worst Service Ever! More
