I was very dissatisfied with the lack of cleanliness and detail to my car after service. The inside of the vehicle was left dirty and we had to ask to have the car washed. Excellent service and communication! I was traveling from out of state for my son's Dr appointment at Yale and needed major servicing and repairs on my Volvo XC-90. The service department worked hard to mak out of state for my son's Dr appointment at Yale and needed major servicing and repairs on my Volvo XC-90. The service department worked hard to make a diagnosis and fix my problem. They also provided a rental car, and communicated clearly and frankly. Julie yielded my initial phone call and worked to get us in and secure a rental so we could still travel to his appointments. Both the service manager and tech introduced themselves and talked about the problem with me. Thank you for excellent service! More

My new XC40 was towed with less than 400 miles on it as it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for it would not drive. It was diagnosed as mouse damage an Secor noted I needed new coils and wiring. When I picked the car up and paid 349 dollars for the service they had NOT replaced coils, had not done anything other than shoddily taping the wires with electrical tape and left the are a mess with mouse debris. I will never take my car to them again. More
