From having my jeep started and warmed up when I first test drove it, explaining the entire process in detail, checking in with me to make sure everything was going well after the purchase, and my favourite, turning his truck radio to the World Jr's game so we wouldn't miss anything while my jeep was getting detailed(because priorities).
