Efficient and friendly staff After numerous terrible experiences with the service department, I was immediately surprised when the staff made buying my new vehicle so easy. I appreciated not being harassed the second I was looking at the show room vehicle instead I had to interrupt Kati. Although the set up seems a little squishy it made it much more comfortable to buy my vehicle. The space could use an expansion to allow for more privacy but all in all great staff who make it feel like they genuinely care about you. More

Best dealer I cannot believe the service I recieved. It was outstanding to say the least. I purchased a used vehicle and within 6 months the motor broke. With not I cannot believe the service I recieved. It was outstanding to say the least. I purchased a used vehicle and within 6 months the motor broke. With not having warrenty (I didn’t purchase any) I had no options. I then called Grande Prairie hyundai and they helped me out tremendously. I thought the world was over, but they put me into a brand new 2018 vehicle. I am almost happy that my vehicle broke! Got a new car and got to deal with the best people. Thanks to Meghan for starting with the search and showing me all my options and letting me know we would sort it all out and to Kati for making it an easy process and thanks to Brittany for making us all laugh and being so kind! and to the rest of the team for doing an outstanding job. You all really made my day! More
