Great Employees Service Always Done Right I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gates, first one in 2012 and last one in 2017 and have always had them serviced at Gates. From the time the bay door I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gates, first one in 2012 and last one in 2017 and have always had them serviced at Gates. From the time the bay doors open, you are treated with professionally and neighborly by the staff. They are friendly, listen to what you say, ask questions trying to pinpoint what may be going on with your car. Their service department hits 110% every time. There is never a go back or do over. It's done right the first time. From 2012 to now, when I go in I see the same people. That says to much as far as the dealership being reputable and treating its employees like family and the employees knowing their jobs inside out. More

Kathy and/or Pamela greet you with a smile and get necessary info from you. Service/repairs are always performed/repaired correctly the first time. Everything is explained to you as far as what was done to your vehicle and also when they performed an inspection of the vehicle any issue that needs addressing in the future. What a lifesaver that is!! Preventive is always better than being stuck on the interstate. So much safer.. And much cheaper. More

When you walk into a grocery store or other business I've been a customer of Gates for at least 10 years and have purchased two vehicles from them. When you walk into a grocery store or other business, or in this case Gates Nissan service department, and see the same people there year after year, you know in your heart that, Number 1, the owner treats the employees honestly and fairly, or they would not be there. And, Number 2, you also know that those employees are happy at their job. Number 3, you also know they're knowledgeable about their job and know how to do it. This is what you get at Gates Nissan in their service department. The same happy, knowledgeable folks are there to greet you when you walk in the door and still there when you walk out. You never have to take it back for a re-do. It's serviced and/or repaired correctly the first time. More
