QUICK AS A WINK When I arrived, almost immediately a service lady came to my vehicle. I told her my name and what I was there for. I had previously made an appt. for When I arrived, almost immediately a service lady came to my vehicle. I told her my name and what I was there for. I had previously made an appt. for 2:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. She instructed me to hop out and go into the waiting area and they would come get me when the job was finished. I asked if they would be through by 4:00 as I had a 5:00 appt. in Danville, She said absolutely. This same nice lady found me in the waiting area awhile later, showed me a filter that needed to be changed and told me about another one. She asked for my permission to do the extra work. I replied yes. It was hardly any time when she notified me to go to the check out desk as my vehicle was ready to go. I looked at my watch and found that it was only 3:00. I was very impressed. Everybody was friendly and efficient. I was very pleased. More
