VERY disappointed when I came in for my first service today. I pulled up, waited about 5 mins until a service advisor came out to greet me. No one came outside, so I walked in and asked for help. The guy today. I pulled up, waited about 5 mins until a service advisor came out to greet me. No one came outside, so I walked in and asked for help. The guy said he would be with me in a minute. He asked where my keys were I said in the car. He said ok go have a seat in the waiting area. The waiting room was packed and there was no where to sit. Most of the dealerships I've been to, (Mazda, Mitsubishi, Mercedes-Benz etc) always come out to your car and greet you. They have a pen and paper, and they walk around the vehicle and take the mileage and notes. No one did that!! Before I left the dealership I asked if anything needed to be done or recommended they said no. When I left for service I noticed my windshield washer fluid light still on!! They filled it, but not enough for the light to turn off!!! To top that off when I looked under the hood of my vehicle, my coolant was under the minimum line! Why wouldn't they top that off as well as my windshield wiper fluid?!! God forbid I were to take a road trip thinking my car is safe, it's not!! I used a whole gallon of windshield washer fluid. They hardly filled it up!! I called and called and called the service department. No one answers it just rings and rings. I went to Advance Auto Parts on the way home. They used their system to check what kind of coolant I need, and I need green not pink!! Why is their pink in there?? My vin number says green. So confused?!!!?? I just bought the xxxx car. Becareful this place left a bad taste in my mouth More

The timing for the maintenance was very efficient and I also experienced a problem with the cars'paint finish in an area and they addressed it and we will be scheduling further servicing on that. The service dept has been good, not great. I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced and had to wait over 20 minutes with no one asking if they could help. After waiting with other cust I went to pick up my vehicle from being serviced and had to wait over 20 minutes with no one asking if they could help. After waiting with other customers, I approached a staff member and asked if he knew when they’d be back inside. His response was that they didn’t leave until 6 so they weren’t gone and would be back in sometime. He did finally walk outside to go get them a few minutes later. Justin seems very knowledgeable and has always been very helpful over the phone. More
